Our courses are the foundation of DecisionNodes.com. They combine the practical application of solving real life situations and bringing relevant insight to the science behind. Through our training programs, we teach decision analysts to be able to solve complex problems, becoming enablers in the process of focusing attention on key issues and guide our thinking. Participants learn how to apply a logical and consistent framework to solve different decision problems.
Interactive and involving
We structure the training around practical application of decision analysis methodology with an interactive and involving teaching style. By utilising relevant case studies and group work, we ensure that participants gain a deep understanding of the subject-matter. The variety of training we provide enable participants to advance their decision-making capabilities independent of previous experience levels or educational background. The courses can also be specifically tailored for decision-makers, project managers, economic analysts, technical disciplines or new employees.

Exploiting the full potential
Many of our courses are presented in a decision setting related to the oil and energy sector. However, most courses can be tailored to specific organisational or industry needs, as well as catered to specific roles, such as decision-makers, project managers, economic or technical professionals.
To exploit the full potential of decision analysis, a basic understanding of the methodology is required amongst project team members and across the organisation as a whole. However, the required decision analysis competences differ between positions and levels in an organisation. In the below guideline we have suggested relevant courses for different groups of employees.
