The first half of 2016 has been an interesting journey for DecisionNodes, bringing new perspectives on how to use decision analysis methodology to evaluate strategies and capital investment decisions in a wide variety of businesses. We firmly believe there are great benefits to be gained from well structured decision approaches in both public and private sectors.
